Considering this situation, there was a need to restructure. The company believes that the strength of any establishment does not only depend on the longevity of operation, size of the organization, location, and usage of modern equipment. We set aside all our limitations during that time and focused on our strengths and capabilities and develop them further. Thus, RRHLDC sets its eyes on the opportunity for medical requirements of government and private agencies needing medical assistance such as setting up a mobile clinic service for industrial companies that are in line with production and manufacturing, partnerships with various HMOs, marketing more doctors for referrals, home services and visiting nearby manpower offices for pre-employment referrals. The addition of the X-ray services and Screening Drug Testing was also established. The first major adjustment and re-planning placed RRHLDC in the limelight of sweet success in the middle of 2012.

Such accomplishments did not end there. Since change is the only constant thing in this world, the company did not stop envisioning new ideas and becoming versatile to adapt to the ever-changing world of the medical service industry. In the second quarter of 2013 following the transition of management, operation and ownership, RRHLDC considered innovation and expansion of its services. The acquisition of a fully automated clinical analyzer for Chemistry and Hematology became available. Serving additional sets of special laboratory procedures and delivering results in a timely manner has also been showcased.

At present, R&R Holistic Laboratory and Diagnostic Center humbly claims to be one of the most renowned institution-based Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory in the province of Pampanga. Its 2016 business registration is no longer limited to Central Luzon, but now covers nationwide, allowing the services to be offered to more than 7,000 islands of the country. The center serves and is almost present in the towns of Pampanga and quietly penetrated Bulacan, Pangasinan and some parts of Metro Manila. Gaining the trust and confidence of some locators and manufacturing industries inside the Freeport zone of Clark Field Angeles City is also a great privilege. As foreign business owners inside Clark Freeport Zone set high medical standards and expect supreme quality results, thus being one of their medical providers of choice to facilitate their APEs and other medical requirements is our pride.

Additional investments for the renovation of the center, expanding the facility, plus the purchases and upgrades of equipment in the laboratory and in radiology are continuing efforts to become better and stronger to give partners and clients valuable services.
